3 Rounds back-to-back of:
15x 95lb Deadlift+
15x 12kg Kettlebell Clean & Press per arm+
10x 15# Medicine Ball Sit-Up, Stand-Up, Slam (touch ball to mat behind head on extension of sit-up)
5x 3 reps of chin downs
I didn't do too bad finishing at 17:20, but Alex did way better at 14:53 and he was using 135lbs for the deadlift and a 16kg kettle bell.
